8.2 Maximum Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PIZZA INN'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION, SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO PIZZA INN IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM; OR (B) ONE HUNDRED UNITED STATES DOLLARS ($100.00).
